Howdy! My name is Kalyn Cooper, and I am incredibly honored to be running for the 2026 Burleson County Fair Queen title!
I am the 17-year-old daughter of Terah Cooper and currently a senior at Snook High School. During my time at Snook, I have been blessed with opportunities to participate in volleyball, softball, cheer, National Honor Society, Student Council, 4-H, and dual credit courses. I also proudly serve as Varsity Cheer Captain and Senior Class Treasurer. Outside of school, I am an active member of the youth group at First Baptist Bryan.
Above all, my faith is the foundation of who I am. I strive to put God first in every part of my life and trust Him to guide my path each day. Whether it’s through serving others, encouraging my teammates and classmates, or simply living with kindness and integrity, I hope to reflect His love in all that I do.
My passion for gardening began at a young age while working alongside my great-grandmother in her garden. Through her patience and guidance, my love for landscaping and floral design blossomed. This year, I am excited to once again enter my miniscapes design project in the fair!
After graduation, I plan to attend college to pursue a degree in nursing so I can continue helping and caring for others in a meaningful way.
I would truly appreciate your support throughout this journey. I am so thankful for the opportunity to represent our community and celebrate the traditions that make Burleson County so special!
