Howdy! My name is Hope Savage and I am the 17 year old daughter of Ed and Shaunna Savage, and granddaughter of Don and Jeri Haisler. I attend Caldwell High School where I will be a Senior this upcoming school year. I am honored to have the opportunity to run for Burleson County Fair Queen and give back to the community that supports our youth. While in high school I have been active in many clubs and athletics. I am a 3 year member of Beta club where I have served as an officer. This year I will have the opportunity to compete at the National Beta Convention in Nashville, Tennessee in a leadership competition. I have also been a member of NHS, FCA, Student Council, FFA, 4H and 4H Exchange. Athletics has been another big part of my life while in school. I have played volleyball, Varsity basketball, track, and tennis. In fact, I had the opportunity to compete in the State TCTA Team Tennis tournament. By qualifying for state, my team and I became the first in Caldwell history to qualify and compete at such a high level. By participating in 4H, I have found my passion is for showing pigs and being involved with livestock. I show pigs year round not only at the county level but also at all the major stock shows and have been lucky enough to place. Upon graduating high school, I plan to attend college and major in Finance/Accounting and pursue a career in Investment Banking and Private Equity. I would greatly appreciate your support in my run for Fair Queen.
Thank you!
